TAMAN UJUNG SOEKASADA


Taman Ujung Soekasada.

One of the beautiful tourist places in East Bali (Karangasem) is Taman Ujung Soekasada.

Taman Ujung Soekasada is one of the royal site, located near the beach in Tumbu village, Karangasem districts developed as one of the tourism region of Karangasem regency. The distance is about 10 Amlapura of town, to the south, 30 minutes from Candidasa tourism, and about 2 hours away from the city of Denpasar.



Taman Ujung Soekasada was built in 1919 during the reign of King I Gusti Bagus Jelantik ( 1909-1945 ) who holds Anak Agung  Anglurah Ketut Karangasem  and inaugurated in 1921 . The park is used as a resting place other than the king Tirtagangga Park , and also designated as a place to entertain important guests such as kings or heads of foreign governments to the Karangasem kingdom .
